Plot crisis

Help! Now I know why most Hollywood movies are so bad! Its difficult to come up with a totally original storyline.....

Here is what ive come up with:
1. Cohabiting couple - about to break up, guy gets run over, goes into coma, dreams about his gf, wakes up and doesnt want to leave her anymore. (this plot uses alot of cool shots that ive thought of, hence the patchy storyline)

2. Guy recovers from hangover only to find that the fox in the nightclub is one of his colleagues at the office.

3.!?!?!?!???!?!?!?! Some stupid coming of age story.

Ideas! please!
