Yeee!!! Hello all, sorry ive been so bad in keeping this thing going ,the pace has been picking up on my holiday :)

Sadly, Plascon has left us, presumably on the back of a bird. Since this morning he's a no show and we mourn the loss of our favourite reptilian resident. Let us take a moment. Oh no wait he's not dead.....nevermind....

And in other news tonight, Ive got a job!
A fairly good one , waitressing at this place in St Francis Bay. Its a very "African" themed thing so it caters for foreigners mostly. Thing is, I don't know if I'll be able to cope because people are so full of crap these days when it comes to their food, and service, and we don't have a barman or anything ...the waitresses have to do the drinks, coffees and milkshakes, bills and all the rest. So keep your fingers crossed that I can keep my head on my neck this coming month.

The manager, Jaco is very nice and patient, the downside being that he's 26 or so and he keeps calling me "skat" (sweetheart) and just generally annoys me because he's paying too much attention to me. This is probably normal because Im new and everything, but there's a very fine line between just being nice and being too much. You know...when you throw someone with christmas decorations and keep asking her "what's up lady...?" then it becomes annoying.
And he's an Arsenal fan.
