What a day

Well....I can say it again, but instead I'll just refer you to my subject line, recite it a few times and then you will have stepped into my state of mind of yesterday.
I finally went to work again and found out that our barman Marc and his brother Grant have left, which is only sad because they were pleasant people and not too hard on the eyes.
Last night at work was insane. I was spinning off my head, it doesnt help if all your tables (a total of 20 people ) all come in at the same time and they're equally impatient.

But what made this interesting thought is that there was an elderly couple with their grandsons from (youre not going to believe it) Northern Ireland. And just to add a smidge more unbelievableness to the whole thing, they were from Lurgan. So when he said that I had to prop my chin up with my hand to keep it from dropping to the bloody floor. Clearly SOMEone is trying to tell me SOMEthing. Out of the whole restaurant, they had to come sit at my table. Life gets stranger by the day.

But staying on the topic, after a while that Michelle, Marika and myself were talking , they started nudging me, telling me to go talk to JL. So eventually I get it dragged out of them that he has a huge crush on me and that he was looking to get my number from them but they didnt have it. Now flattered as I am I have no idea how this happened. Really.
So he was set to leave for home last nite (which 3 hours from here) and before he left he hugged everyone goodbye and promptly kissed me on the cheek before he summoned up the courage to ask my number himself. He said I wanted to come down again before I go back to Stell but I don't see it happening.
Such a strange day.
And to perfect the whole thing, I made quite a bundle of moola, so Im happy.
Hope youre all well!
