Thoughts of a dying humourist

Just a quickie before I start to type out my reviewing assignment.
Good lord those things are crappy. But anyway.

I just came from a prose tutorial, we did this book which has sort of a love story going on, strong poetic influences and an even stronger subtext of eroticism.
You'd be amazed how someone can incorporate erotica into everyday conversation of description of things. "A penetrating and unforgiving gaze." to quote the way the sculptor looked at his muse. Go figure.

So now I feel like writing my own erotic-laden story, just to put a finger up to the world to say I can do it too, you know. I dunno if i'd post it on here, seeing as my literary work has gotten about as much attention as a slug at a slugparty in slugland. (my idioms are worse than my poetry then...!)

I watched a documentary on cataplexy on bbc a while ago. That is some scary stuff. As soon as you get stressed out you crumple into an unconscious heap! And she was doing a ballet show, how the heck she pulled it off I wouldnt know. But hey.

Throw some storylines this way.
And Mike, I know youre gonna read this, but Im not giving my characters double-barrelled names. No matter how classy it sounds :P
